Refund policy

Every Same Crew Co. shirt is printed to order just for you, and most are personalized, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, spelling entered by the buyer, or change of mind. Please check the size chart and your personalization carefully before ordering.

 

Damaged, defective or misprinted items: if your order arrives damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a free replacement or issue a refund.

 

Lost packages: if tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we will help resolve it.

 

Cancellations: because production starts quickly, orders can only be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
